Our Story

Built the way we like things — slow, honest, and together.

Brose Brewing Company started with a simple idea: what if a small Michigan town had a place where good beer and real food could share the same table? No pretense, no rush — just folks who care about what goes into their glass and on their plate.

We opened our doors in Beulah with two things in mind: a taplist that changes with the seasons, and a kitchen that treats every loaf and pastry like it matters. It does. Every batch, every recipe, every guest who walks through our door — it all counts.

Pioneer Pilsner

Crisp, clean, and easy to drink on a warm porch. Our flagship pilsner is brewed with Michigan hops and a hint of honey.

Session · 4.8% ABV

Lake Shore Stout

Dark as night on the Lake Superior shore. Roasted malt, a whisper of chocolate, and enough body to keep you warm.

Full-bodied · 6.2% ABV

Traverse Wheat

Unfiltered and bright — a summer wheat with citrus notes that taste like the last day of August by the water.

Light · 5.1% ABV

Brose Brown Ale

Our house brown — nutty, smooth, and made for sharing. Pairs beautifully with anything from the kitchen.
